Registration cancellation and fee refund procedures of foreign students are carried out according to the relevant regulations of the Council of Higher Education. Accordingly
It is not possible to refund the fees paid by students who have completed the final registration process if they request cancellation of their registration.
If the student requests cancellation of registration before the start of the programme, only 80% of the payment will be refunded.
No refund is made for cancellation requests made after the start of the training.
Refunds are made after the evaluation of the student's written application and petition containing bank details.
These conditions are clearly notified to students during the pre-registration process and approval is obtained on the application form.
Payments are made through Istanbul 29 Mayıs University's secure online payment system.
